📋 Description
• Sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and life, to new and existing customers • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency • Consult with customers to identify appropriate coverage for their needs • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed P&C sales agent • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Comfortable working independently • Remote 1099 position in Florida or Texas
