📋 Description

• Educate prospective customers on pet insurance products • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options • Contribute to sales efforts using consultative selling techniques • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals • Leverage inbound and outbound sales opportunities and effective closing techniques • Engage with prospective customers and provide clear, accurate information • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development • Maintain understanding of insurance regulations, licensing requirements, company policies, and compliance standards • Manage and follow up on inbound leads and sales opportunities • Present tailored insurance solutions, address objections, and guide prospects through decisions • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy information • Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices • Maintain productivity, professionalism, attendance, and customer satisfaction • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance • Seek feedback and apply learned skills to improve performance and customer outcomes • Perform other duties as assigned to support team sales objectives

🎯 Requirements
