📋 Description

• Create innovative training solutions, including written course content, systems documentation, and e-learning • Develop quality training materials based on the ADDIE model of instructional design • Write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, practice scenarios, activities, and assessments • Consult with team members, clients, and subject matter experts regarding training needs and identify best business practices • Maintain source documents

🎯 Requirements

• Possess in-depth knowledge of instructional design principles, practices, and adult learning theory • Proven ability to develop instructional storyboards, written course content, systems documentation, and e-learning • Able to write curriculum based on competencies • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert information and needs into sequenced, systems-focused, classroom training materials • Superior writing skills, including concise, creative, and effective instructional materials • Comfortable meeting with and discussing progress with top business leaders • Able to cope with ambiguity and work without all answers in place • Able to balance time and tasks and focus on priorities • Must be a team member and open to change • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, or related field, plus a minimum of three years of experience, or equivalent academic and work experience combined • Ability to meet physical requirements, including talking, hearing, sitting, and using technology tools such as a laptop for extended periods • Close vision and ability to adjust focus
