• Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers. • Lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities. • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from new and existing customers. • Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities. • Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving repeat business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. • Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor. • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close profitable deals. • Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and coaching to one Part Sales Executive. • Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development. • Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers. • Experience managing or mentoring sales staff. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical solutions into customer value. • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
