📋 Description

• Establish the PMO function and define lightweight processes and governance for an agile SaaS delivery model • Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines • Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and program metrics for leadership visibility • Facilitate cross-team alignment and identify and resolve delivery risks and dependencies • Support quarterly and monthly planning cadences and align priorities and resourcing • Drive consistency in program execution without unnecessary bureaucracy • Serve as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting • Scale the PMO function over time as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in program or project management • At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS or cloud-based technology company • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Experience adapting governance to agile environments • Experience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology preferred • Comfortable operating as a one-person PMO and building structure from the ground up • Proficiency with program tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar • PMP certification is a plus • Master's degree is a plus
