📋 Description

• Serve as Deputy to the Collaborative Delivery Enterprise Environmental Construction Services Director • Assemble and manage multidisciplinary teams across environmental science, engineering, compliance and permitting, cost estimating, procurement, pre-construction, construction, operations and maintenance, and external partners • Develop and deliver environmental remediation, mitigation, restoration, closure, and smaller industrial and municipal water/wastewater projects • Lead project objectives, decision-making processes, schedules, budgets, and success factors • Establish communication methods, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and foster trust and inclusion • Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and budgets • Implement quality management plans and processes • Identify and manage project changes, risks, mitigation strategies, and risk monitoring • Lead development and implementation of project-specific health and safety plans • Manage third-party vendors and external resources against contracted scope, quality, budget, and schedule • Monitor project profitability through earned value analysis, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and collections • Build client relationships, assess satisfaction, and support sales, marketing, proposals, presentations, and cross-selling • Lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams; oversee workload planning, performance management, and team operations • Adapt and execute additional assignments based on evolving needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience required • Project management certification or ability to achieve certification within 6 months • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects with progressively increasing responsibility • Proven ability in project planning and management, including budget, risk, contract, change, and quality management and safety leadership • Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools and techniques • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience with environmental construction services projects, including remediation, mitigation, restoration, closure, pilot testing, modifications/upgrades, or smaller water/wastewater construction efforts • Experience delivering projects using design-build, EPC, CMAR, and progressive at-risk delivery models • Experience with procurement, cost estimating, pre-construction planning, subcontractor coordination, schedule development, and resource planning • Ability to partner across business units, client service teams, technical practices, shared services, and external subcontractor/supplier partners • Experience contributing to business development, proposal development, presentations, client engagement, and cross-selling • Willingness to travel multiple consecutive days and sometimes weekends, up to 20% annually • Subject to pre-employment background check and drug test
