📋 Description

• Assist in managing all aspects of publications projects from inception to completion • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams • Interface with each department within the company • Meet client and management expectations • Establish strong faculty relationships • Keep programs on target and within agreed-upon parameters • Develop, maintain, and reconcile project budgets • Manage external suppliers • Keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives • Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contacts • Manage project resources • Build and maintain client and faculty relationships • Maintain timely and professional written and verbal communications • Ensure client expectations are met across program activities • Maintain knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and publications • Contribute to new business development activities • Schedule and conduct project start-up, interim, and final team meetings • Establish and maintain time and events schedules • Facilitate on-budget, on-time, on-strategy project performance • Own daily account work details • Oversee and facilitate development of project activities • Assist in training new account team members • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required • Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment is required • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information • Strong technical aptitude • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat • Exceptional communication skills • Experience successfully leading multidisciplinary teams • Strong financial management skills • Highly organized and adept at multitasking and prioritizing • Ability and willingness to motivate others
