📋 Description

• Provide coaching and support to teams on health and safety policies • Conduct routine inspections and audits • Develop project-specific Health and Safety Plans • Respond to incidents and coordinate necessary responses • Provide mentorship and support to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a health and safety role within a similar work environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and standards including OSHA and MSHA • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Health and Safety or related field • Relevant Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification or ability to obtain • Experience in H&S management system implementation
