📋 Description

• Lead targeted and comprehensive business assessments and develop implementation strategies and plans for clients • Lead clients’ development and execution of comprehensive planning approaches connecting strategic goals and objectives • Identify and recommend mitigation for risks to Brown and Caldwell and client organizations • Ensure proper governance and policy development • Work within federal and state funding programs to optimize funding opportunities • Lead key municipal finance initiatives • Lead infrastructure financing efforts, focusing on municipal utility finance • Analyze market trends through competitor research and deliver industry insights • Develop funding and financing strategies supporting infrastructure • Execute additional assignments based on evolving needs • Mentor, guide, support, and share knowledge with less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure financing or a related relevant field • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related field • Capable of researching, developing, and effectively communicating a client’s key business factors • Advanced expertise in workforce development, performance improvement, and organizational design • Strong governance and policy development skills • Excellent facilitation and interview skills • Effective written and verbal communication and strong presentation abilities • Advanced expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and management • Deep understanding of federal and state funding programs • Advanced technical writing skills • Advanced knowledge of municipal finance principles and practices • Advanced competitor analysis and strategic market insight skills • Subject to a pre-employment background check and drug test
