📋 Description

• Hold full P&L ownership for a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA integrated services business • Oversee a cross-functional organization of approximately 90 employees across commercial, operations, and support functions • Own and deliver the Annual Operating Plan across revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA • Drive pipeline-led growth through new business, cross-sell, and churn recovery • Lead performance cadence, including MORs, pipeline reviews, and KPI dashboards • Optimize the portfolio toward targeted high-value verticals • Drive pricing strategy and value capture with Finance and Commercial • Lead a strong safety and compliance culture aligned with EH&S, environmental regulations, and risk mitigation standards • Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise customers • Build cross-functional partnerships across CD, Operations, and Supply Chain • Lead joint account planning and cross-sell execution • Manage vendor and disposal network relationships • Represent the business in executive, customer, and industry forums • Define and execute the multi-year ChemCare / OSS strategy • Embed services into Univar’s broader commercial engine • Drive segmentation, targeting, and growth initiatives • Lead business transformation initiatives, including process standardization, technology enablement, and operating model optimization • Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, analytics, and system integration • Identify strategic investments for growth and scalability • Position the integrated lifecycle service offering as a competitive differentiator • Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Align organizational structure to support growth • Drive talent development and succession planning • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives • Improve revenue, Gross Margin, pipeline health, customer retention, cross-sell penetration, EBITDA performance, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years leadership experience in hazardous waste • Proven P&L leadership experience • Strong commercial acumen and growth leadership • Experience in regulated environments, including EH&S and waste services • Track record of leading transformation • Ability to operate strategically and tactically • Ability to be based anywhere within the United States • Willingness to travel 50%
