📋 Description

• Own measurement of AI's workforce impact, including productivity gains, efficiency shifts, and capacity reallocation • Surface the enterprise productivity story quarterly for the board, executive leadership team, and workforce • Build data infrastructure to make Workforce Transformation predictive • Redesign roles and career pathways as AI absorbs tasks • Own strategic workforce planning, including hiring, automation, upskilling, and sequencing shifts • Partner with functional leaders on workforce implications of AI-driven redesigns • Define future technical, judgment-based, and AI-fluent skills • Build enablement, training, and manager development programs • Lead the shift to skills-based rewards, career development, and workforce planning • Build durable AI fluency across the workforce • Set enterprise policy for AI use in people and business decisions with Legal, Compliance, and IT • Build risk oversight and controls for responsible AI deployment • Report to the CPO and partner with AI Platform and Applied AI leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Uses AI in own work and understands LLMs, agents, and evaluations • Experience standing up measurement systems, job architecture, and workforce planning that changed organizational operations • Ability to anticipate how AI reshapes roles, skills, and career pathways • Experience architecting role redesign, career architecture, leveling, and workforce planning for an AI-evolving workforce • Proven ability to drive adoption and influence without authority across functions • Ability to partner with and challenge functional leaders consultatively • Knowledge of AI limitations and responsible-AI principles, including privacy, fairness, explainability, and human oversight • Ability to work in a Remote - US role
