📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for acute care model redesign with executive leadership support • Lead processes from planning through implementation and evaluation to ensure successful adoption of change • Collaborate with IT, Physicians, Nursing, Clinical Support, and Ancillary service functions to redesign the acute care model and build a tech-enabled workforce • Translate operational efficiencies from tech-enabled innovation initiatives into workflows and care model adjustments • Enhance patient/caregiver experience, improve clinical outcomes, and deliver return on investment • Ensure alignment across technology, innovation, and transformation initiatives in acute care • Generate synergy and additive value across initiatives to deliver transformational change • Provide strategic thought leadership while maintaining primary accountability for execution • Develop implementation plans for acute care model changes • Monitor performance against plan and ensure adoption through influence • Report on successes • Leverage advanced knowledge of acute care operations and clinical workflows to hardwire technology adoption • Drive behavior change and new ways of working • Manage tech-enabled innovation project and initiative budgets • Secure capital and operating expense funding • Partner with Finance to monitor ROI and run-rate improvement targets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in MBA, MHA, or a healthcare-related field (required) • 5–10 years of experience in healthcare and clinical operations leadership (required) • Collaborative • Strategic thinking • Leadership • Change management • Continuous learning • Communication • Innovative
