📋 Description

• Serve as the technical and subject matter expert in implementation status and client-facing meetings • Manage client expectations, project status, delivery timelines, and client relationships • Advise clients on industry best practices and recommend system and process improvements • Recommend system enhancements and collaborate with Product Managers and Developers on specifications • Manage system configuration, testing, auditing, COBRA and Direct Bill setup, employee communications, vendor integrations, data conversion and migration, and payroll implementation activities • Monitor milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and project progress • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services accurately, efficiently, and on schedule • Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies to the Implementation Delivery Manager • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries about functionality, configuration, and process gaps • Recommend improvements to delivery processes, methodologies, service models, tools, documentation, and standards • Coach and mentor Implementation Analysts and foster collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of client relationship management, consulting, and implementation experience • Current or previous experience with benefits administration platforms, implementation processes, and methodologies • Experience managing complex client implementations and multiple concurrent projects • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require • Preferred: experience with benefits administration platforms and HR technology solutions; implementation-team leadership or mentoring; COBRA, Direct Bill, payroll integrations, and vendor connectivity; client-facing consulting or professional services; project management and implementation methodologies
