• Own a portfolio of some of our largest accounts • Develop and execute structured, multi-quarter account plans • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins • Drive predictable renewals and identify expansion opportunities • Proactively identify account health risks and escalate cross-functional interventions • Partner closely with Technical Success Management to align commercial and technical strategy • Surface product feedback and customer insights to influence internal roadmap and strategy
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value relationships • Strong communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments • A customer-first mindset. • Experience in SaaS or technically complex environments is a plus.
