Builder Prime is a SaaS business management platform built specifically for home improvement and contracting companies. It combines CRM, sales and estimating, production management (including GPS timecards and work orders), payments and invoicing, reporting, and marketing automation (including SMS) into a single integrated solution with many industry integrations like QuickBooks and CompanyCam. Builder Prime helps contractors manage leads through referrals, streamline estimating and job production, accept payments, and measure KPIs to grow and scale their businesses.

📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and drive strategic improvements to the implementation methodology • Serve as the escalation point for challenging technical configurations • Drive initiatives to streamline implementation processes and reduce time-to-value • Manage implementations involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements • Lead kickoff calls to understand customer goals, timelines, and success metrics • Configure the platform with customer-specific templates, workflows, and settings • Deliver system training to prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency • Track implementation milestones and manage customer expectations • Identify and solve technical implementation challenges • Coordinate handoffs with Account Managers after implementation • Document customer workflows and configurations • Analyze implementation data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the customer onboarding experience • Report directly to the Manager of Implementation and collaborate with Account Managers, Support, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles, preferably in SaaS or construction technology • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for diverse customer workflows • Proven record of reducing implementation timelines and improving customer satisfaction scores • Experience with implementations involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for process improvements • Experience conducting engaging virtual training sessions • Strong technical configuration skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms • Excellent project management skills with a record of meeting implementation deadlines • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different learning styles • Candidates must presently reside in the US • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry preferred • Understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes preferred
