📋 Description

• Manage expectations and requirements of internal, partner, and customer stakeholders • Plan and implement IT solution development projects • Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to drive customer business value • Build and maintain project schedules • Lead resolution of budget, schedule, and scope issues and escalations • Oversee Scrum meetings, project meetings, and technical deep-dive sessions • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and escalate when necessary • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports • Serve as liaison between business and technical project aspects • Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams • Develop project plans tracking tasks, schedules, risks, and issues • Ensure projects align with Presidio’s strategic objectives • Act as a trusted advisor by guiding clients through business challenges and clarifying desired outcomes • Foster consultative customer partnerships and identify opportunities aligned with strategic goals • Champion customer-first delivery throughout project phases • Support cloud and DevOps teams delivering automation, assessments, cloud builds, application migrations, and workshops • Communicate timelines, KPIs, Agile Scrum standups, sprints, and delivery timelines to client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7+ years of experience in IT project management and general IT consulting • Demonstrable skills in PMI-defined project management methodologies • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall processes • Ability to manage delivery processes for application development and modernization projects • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho, and similar project management tools • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies and cloud application stacks • PMP or similar certification preferred • CSM or similar certification preferred • AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certification preferred • Azure Fundamentals or similar certification preferred • Experience leading projects using AWS and/or Azure technologies • Strong time management, analytical, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational, and customer service skills • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and stay current with emerging technologies and tools • Demonstrated consultative mindset and ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes • Customer-first orientation and ability to drive stakeholder alignment
