📋 Description

• Support internal project-level contingencies requiring field presence, including consents, LOAs, compound expansions, and rooftops • Lead complex market permitting and challenge site acquisition vendor forecast dates to maintain accurate zoning and permitting timelines • Own end-to-end deployment activities, including site acquisition, leasing, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction services, deployment meetings, and closeout packages • Serve as the market-level point of contact for customer escalations and participate in deployment meetings and calls • Provide accurate updates on customer priorities, project status, forecasts, aging, and issue resolution • Produce weekly market-level gap analysis reports • Maintain understanding of assigned customer expectations, priorities, coverage objectives, timelines, equipment, systems, processes, and project volume • Apply knowledge of ATC contracts, including service scope, pricing, service-level commitments, MLA fees, and bucket rights • Ensure accurate end-to-end project and market forecast dates in SiterraUS and customer systems • Partner with and hold cross-functional teams accountable for forecasts and deliverables • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in the wireless site development industry, including project management and vendor management experience • Demonstrated expertise managing wireless site development professionals through network deployment projects, site acquisition, or construction management • Approximately 40% travel may be required • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines • Ability to work effectively and professionally with different functional groups and employee levels • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results
