📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and successful project outcomes • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions • Facilitate governance processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications • Partner with clinical, operational, technology, compliance, vendor, and business leaders to gather requirements and drive alignment • Coordinate cross-functional implementation and process improvement activities supporting operational readiness, deployment, and adoption • Manage project forecasting, compliance requirements, and adherence to organizational standards and governance practices • Apply project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Report to the Associate Director, Program Management and PMO • Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant work experience • 3+ years of project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks • Experience with at least one project management tool such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours regardless of residence time zone • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred • Technical fluency in MS Planner, MS SharePoint sites, Smartsheet, and Jira Align • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) fundamentals • Knowledge of Agile delivery concepts and methodologies • Knowledge of testing, deployment, and release management practices • Medicaid managed care, health plan, healthcare operations, or clinical operations experience preferred • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
