📋 Description

• Deliver successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to Support for emergency call handling projects • Write, manage, and implement master project plans using automated project management tools, processes, and procedures • Measure project performance against goals and understand business implications • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal staff • Maintain contact with customers and channel partners and provide regular status updates • Organize and facilitate internal and external customer meetings to achieve project goals, milestones, and deadlines • Initiate, generate, and maintain project schedules • Lead scheduling status reviews to track progress against plans • Initiate, generate, and maintain project budgets and financial objectives • Analyze project costs and lead cost status reviews with team members and management • Perform detailed analyses of program data and recommend solutions to customers • Assess and cover project risks, alert management to issues, and prepare action plans to resolve them • Travel throughout the Northeast region approximately 25–50% to support regional project sites, attend client meetings, and participate in company events

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, Leadership, or Technology required • 3+ years of Project Management and Emergency Call handling experience required • Must be legally authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S. • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Must effectively lead and drive assigned projects • Experience with Public Safety communications systems • Proficient in developing project documents and using a cloud-based document management system such as Google Workspace • PMP and/or CAPM desired but not required • Understanding local public safety customers, including police, fire, and emergency medical services, is a plus • Self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and territorial management • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders • Must be able to travel 25–50% throughout the Northeast region
