📋 Description

• Oversee deployment and day-to-day success of Buildots on selected major client projects • Guide client teams through platform adoption • Support site operations and integrate Buildots technology into project workflows • Serve as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day contact for major client projects • Lead full platform implementation, from onboarding and training through workflow integration • Identify ways to maximize client value and make Buildots central to team operations • Partner with internal project managers to configure the platform for project complexities • Gather on-the-ground client insights and communicate them to the product team to shape the roadmap • Ensure clients successfully use the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer • Experience on large scale commercial or mission critical construction projects • Self-starter who spots a problem, owns it, and solves it without waiting to be told • Comfortable working on a job site and presenting to a senior client stakeholder over video • Fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and communicates complex ideas clearly • Strong people skills across roles and cultures • Genuine excitement about technology’s potential for the construction industry • Energized by travel and being where the work actually happens • Ability to turn data and feedback into actionable insights • Good vibes and a sense of humor • Must be able to travel 80% of the time • Must live within a 30 mile radius of major airports in Austin, Dallas, or Houston • Preferred: Construction Mission Critical experience (Data Center, Aviation, or Healthcare) • Preferred: Superintendent experience on complex construction projects with process and/or technology implementation • Preferred: VDC Manager experience
