📋 Description

• Build the digital product as a Co-Founder • Develop a market-ready offering from the existing idea, including positioning, pricing model, and structure • Build the initial versions by selecting and setting up the platform and acquiring the first members • Iterate based on real user feedback • Own business development, including partnerships, sales channels, and growth levers • Manage day-to-day operations around the digital product, including member support and retention • Work closely with Mario and the existing podcast audience, without allowing the product to distract from the core format

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of business development, including pricing models, target audiences, sales, and scaling • Genuine, well-founded interest in trading and the financial markets • Professional trading experience is not required, but you should understand the community and its language • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make decisions independently, without requiring approval • Structured and reliable way of working, even without a fixed framework • Ideally, experience building a digital product or business, preferably from the ground up • A brief introduction about yourself and your preferred start date • References or examples from a previous product or business build • Answers to the three application questions about trading/financial markets, your approach to the first 90 days, and your entrepreneurial successes/failures
