📋 Description

• Take responsibility, together with Mario, for the distribution of [Bulle & Mensch] • Develop platform-specific content from each podcast episode for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels • Write posts, plan publications, engage with the community, and develop recognizable recurring formats • Identify the strongest moments from 100- to 150-minute episodes and translate them into short-form content with compelling hooks • Conceptualize and write Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical videos; depending on your profile, edit them yourself or manage the editing process • Develop hooks, captions, intros, CTAs, and platform-specific variations • Publish content, monitor community responses, and moderate discussions constructively • Analyze performance data such as hook rate, watch time, completion rate, engagement, clicks, and reach • Derive specific tests and optimizations from the data • Develop PR topics and guest articles on trading expertise, psychology, risk, and decision-making processes • Proactively approach editorial teams, journalists, and relevant media outlets, and build lasting relationships • Simplify, document, and consistently follow existing processes • Further develop the social media strategy and editorial calendar, and implement both operationally

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in professional social media management and developing short-form content for media brands, podcasts, creators, or comparable formats • Strong understanding of hooks, watch time, retention, completion rate, and platform-specific distribution • Excellent command of German and a strong instinct for clear, credible, and attention-grabbing language • Ability to identify the few genuinely strong moments in long, technically demanding conversations • Experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ideally LinkedIn; additional platforms are a plus • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Open to direct feedback and able to justify decisions using data and results • Preferred: Experience in PR, media relations, journalistic pitching, or building a personal brand • Preferred: Existing contacts in finance, business, trading, or creator media • Experience with video editing, subtitles, creating variations, and A/B testing • Interest in trading, the stock market, psychology, business, or AI • Experience with YouTube and podcast formats in which short-form content is strategically used to drive viewers to long-form content • Confident use of AI tools for research, analysis, and content production • Freelancer; agencies are not eligible • Submit 3 to 5 relevant work samples, ideally including results or performance metrics • State your desired weekly capacity, fee expectations, and preferred compensation structure
