📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of all tactics, social media opportunities and events tied to game launches • Lead creation of social content from concept through delivery and publishing, ensuring adherence to brand and IP requirements and supporting title and brand growth • Develop and pitch social-first content series that grow and sustain a fan-first audience through platform-native executions • Coordinate with internal and external partners to align and execute social and community beats and activations • Manage publishing and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads • Collaborate with creator-activation teams to amplify title messaging and brand pillars through influencer content • Establish and monitor KPIs across social platforms and use data-driven analysis to improve engagement, reach and conversion • Monitor industry best practices and recommend internal strategies, including new platform experimentation and adoption • Develop and execute social media strategy for Skydance/Paramount Games brands and upcoming titles • Lead content development, shoots and collaborations with internal and external Paramount partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience related to video game marketing • Track record of launching a minimum of 1 shipped AAA title for the US market • Strong understanding of the current video games landscape and modern social marketing tactics • Strong spoken/written communicator for partner, media, and business audiences • Affinity for pop culture and legendary brands in television and film • Experience working with global partners to build and execute social strategies, manage internal and partner stakeholders, and navigate layered approval processes • Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Premiere, Sprinklr and TalkWalker • Great interpersonal communication skills • Experience working with both creative minds and corporate entities • Self-starter and strong team player able to work independently and responsibly • Experience managing and working closely with agencies
