📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real social media work, including the issue being tested and the decision a strong practitioner should reach • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against professional standards • Create and assess tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration • Work across social inbox management, campaign and publishing execution, share-of-voice analysis, and response judgment calls for owned brand channels • Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social; ownership of the account and inbox • Fluent in a social management platform such as Sprout Social • Comfortable reading native platform analytics • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Independent contractor engagement • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
