📋 Description

• Liderar técnicamente al equipo, elevando estándares de ingeniería y acompañando a otros desarrolladores en decisiones clave. • Contribuir en el diseño, construcción y evolución del producto end-to-end: backend, infra, integraciones con LLMs y componentes clave del frontend. • Contribuir directamente (IC) a nivel del código para destrabar, validar y acelerar decisiones técnicas clave. • Tomar decisiones técnicas con foco en simplicidad, escalabilidad y velocidad.

🎯 Requirements

• +7 años de experiencia desarrollando y shippeando sistemas en producción. • +4 años de impacto técnico transversal o liderazgo de equipos. • Fuerte dominio de Python (FastAPI) y Next.js, con experiencia en MongoDB. • Experiencia diseñando sistemas backend y trabajando con infraestructura cloud (GCP, AWS o similar). • Capacidad para trabajar con ambigüedad, tomar ownership técnico y mentorar. • Criterio para priorizar soluciones simples y efectivas.
