📋 Description

• Lead onsite operations and daily activities of field staff at deployed military installations • Provide direction, support, technical guidance, and performance evaluation to home inspectors • Represent Bureau Veritas in face-to-face interactions with Military Housing Office staff, Commanding Officers, military leadership, and elected officials • Serve as first point of contact for military base residents working with the onsite team • Manage Inspector rosters before, during, and after deployments • Manage inspectors on a home-by-home basis and resolve operational problems • Coordinate cross-utilization of onsite resources across Bureau Veritas, prime contractors, and subcontractors • Set up inspectors in ProTrack, AssetCALC, SharePoint, and other required platforms • Ensure assessors are onsite, accounted for, transported, and properly supported • Maintain team communications across working platforms and resolve missed appointments • Participate in QC/QA by reviewing uploaded Inspector data and providing feedback • Ensure timely and accurate data collection and completion of installation activities • Track installation staffing parameters and create, monitor, and analyze performance metrics • Report metric gaps, critical findings, and deployment progress to leadership and military installation representatives • Manage multiple tasks and projects across military installations • Maintain communication with senior management regarding deployment issues and potential problems • Meet productivity and report-quality objectives while protecting confidential company information • Deliver responsive customer service and follow BV policies, SOPs, work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards • Indirectly supervise deployed teams, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required • Minimum of six years of related experience • Valid driver's license required (Real ID required) with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • InterNACHI certification required; must pass the InterNACHI Interim Certification and obtain the Interim certification within the first week of employment • Must attain the Full Certified Property Inspector designation through InterNACHI no later than 12 months after joining the program • Complete 90 hours of CEUs in the first 12 months • Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software • Ability to operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection • Ability to manage, lead, and drive to success a team of 50–100 Inspectors • Understanding of construction materials and methods, environmental concerns, cost estimating, and construction industry standards • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and comprehend scope, timelines, and program goals • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work from a remote location and meet the physical demands of the job • Must have a self-supplied cell phone • Must be willing to fly and live near or relocate to a major metropolitan area with reasonable access to a major airport • Must be able to travel extensively and work onsite for extended deployments
