📋 Description

• Create and manage new and existing projects related to the 401(k) MEP Benefit and Benefits Billing • Manage quarterly and annual audits • Manage documentation, end-of-year projects, nondiscrimination testing, process and reconciliation automations, and new benefit billing onboarding and integration • Ensure analytical aspects of major projects are successful • Evaluate current processes and implement solutions to manual procedures • Ensure process documentation continuity across Benefits • Collaborate with government agencies, employer groups, individuals, external auditors, partners, fiduciaries, and internal teams • Develop and implement strategies to optimize 401(k) MEP and Benefits Billing efficiency and effectiveness • Prioritize updates based on user feedback, regulatory changes, and technological advancements • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines governing 401(k) and MEPs • Monitor current employment security laws, policies, and procedures • Recommend process improvements to enhance Operations efficiency and plan performance • Oversee Financial Benefits-related customer communications • Analyze, collect, and report risk performance and Financial Benefits data • Perform other related responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in operations or project management • Prior Retirement experience required • Prior experience managing projects required • Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification or equivalency required • PMP certification preferred • Understanding and experience utilizing AI programs and automation applications strongly preferred • Experience working with PEOs preferred • Knowledge of benefits billing preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Skilled in presenting and hosting meetings, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions • Technologically savvy; experience utilizing multiple systems and software programs • Familiarity with business process management activities, including process mapping, improvement, and implementation • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative and work effectively independently
