📋 Description

• Lead onsite operations and daily activities of field staff at deployed military installations • Provide direction, support, technical guidance, and performance feedback to home inspectors • Manage inspector rosters before, during, and after deployments • Manage inspectors on a home-by-home basis and resolve operational problems • Coordinate cross-utilization of onsite resources across Bureau Veritas, prime contractors, partners, and subcontractors • Set up inspectors in ProTrack, AssetCALC, SharePoint, and other required platforms • Ensure assessors are onsite, accounted for, transported, and properly equipped • Maintain team announcements and operational communications across working platforms • Resolve resident missed appointments • Participate in quality control and quality assurance by reviewing inspector data and work performance • Ensure timely and accurate data collection and completion of installation activities • Track installation staffing parameters and performance metrics • Create, track, analyze, and report performance metrics and gaps to leadership • Report critical findings to military installation leadership • Interface with client representatives, Military Housing Offices, Commanding Officers, military leadership, and residents • Manage multiple tasks and projects across multiple military installations • Communicate project status, issues, and potential problems to senior management • Meet productivity and report-quality objectives • Provide customer service and proactive solutions to clients • Indirectly supervise deployed teams, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work • Follow company policies, SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required • Minimum of six years of related experience • Valid driver's license required (Real ID required) with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • InterNACHI certification required, including Interim and Full CPIs • Must pass the InterNACHI Interim Certification and obtain the InterNACHI Interim certification within the first week of employment • Complete 90 hours of CEU's in the first 12 months • Attain the Full Certified Property Inspector designation through InterNACHI no later than 12 months after joining the program • Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software • Ability to operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection • Ability to lead and manage a team of 50–100 Inspectors • Understanding of construction materials and methods, environmental concerns, cost estimating, and construction industry standards • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and comprehend scope, timelines, and program goals • Must be able to work from a remote location • Must have a self-supplied cell phone • Must be willing to fly and live near, or be willing to relocate to, a major metropolitan area with reasonable access to a major airport • Must meet the physical demands of the job, including walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, crawling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating a motor vehicle
