• Lead the rollout and evolution of CORE and Field Spot • Mentor Business Analysts and establish best practices • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges • Translate complex business strategies into user stories • Measure program success and communicate with executive stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience • Advanced expertise in requirements gathering and Agile delivery • Proven ability to communicate with confidence at all levels • Strategic thinking to connect tactical requirements to business goals • Excellent organizational skills and executive presence
