📋 Description

• Provide technical, client, and business-line support for the Americas region and global business line • Support technical services, strategy, new product development, global processes, capacity planning, and technical governance • Identify opportunities for new products and revenue through service expansion, new service development, and customer inquiries • Monitor, develop, and manage technical aspects of regulatory-related services for Americas customers • Provide technical opinions, interpretations, and recommendations to clients and colleagues • Maintain and improve quality systems and technical service processes • Respond to technical questions through the Tech Inquiry Mailbox • Draft and develop SOPs, methods, work instructions, and standard interpretation practices • Develop and conduct technical training sessions across the Americas • Match client needs with Bureau Veritas testing offerings • Monitor customer inquiries and market trends to identify new service opportunities • Monitor regulatory and industry-standard changes and update or develop testing methodologies • Resolve technical issues and problems across the region • Participate in global processes and continuous improvement • Support client satisfaction initiatives with Lab Managers/Directors and Business Development teams • Support audits, correlation programs, complaint investigations, testing methodology adherence, and regional testing capacity alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required • Minimum of 5 years of experience with customer services and/or direct customer interface • 2–3 years of relevant experience required in the assigned service line or related discipline • Extensive knowledge of applicable areas of expertise, concepts, processes, and equipment • Ability to interpret regulations and standards • Strong math skills and working knowledge of statistical procedures • Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and statistical packages • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and equipment • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation ability • Ability to travel up to 20% in the USA, with limited international travel • Master’s degree is a plus • For Manager track: more than 10 years of relevant experience, 5 years in marketing/product development/business development, and MBA is a plus
