• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists. • Clearly and confidently introduce E-Moto USA and our innovative range of electric vehicles. • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their interest. • Schedule confirmed appointments for our dedicated sales consultants. • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all call outcomes and customer interactions within our CRM system. • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments. • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre role is essential. • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • A professional, confident, and engaging telephone manner. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently. • A high level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset. • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software. • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment. • An interest in electric vehicles or sustainable technology would be advantageous.
