📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling them in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and live chat. • Provide accurate and clear information regarding our fund and services. • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible. • Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour • Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy • A keen interest or prior experience in the financial services industry would be highly advantageous.
