• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support • Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with various tasks • Communicate clearly and precisely to ensure clients understand the information provided • Utilize Pinnacle or Amtelco platform to manage incoming calls • Direct callers’ questions and complaints to the appropriate department for resolution • Set appointments based on customer accounts and concerns • Maintain procedures for accurate dispatching and appointment booking • Uphold high standards of customer service and promote a positive experience • Abide by quality assurance policy and continuously seek feedback for improvement
• High School Diploma or GED Required • Prior Call Center Experience: Preferred, but not required • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role • Excellent communication skills including active listening • Service-oriented and able to discern the caller’s reasons • Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn efficiently • Optimistic and creative in “getting the job done” when times are difficult • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability • Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus • Bilingual a plus
