📋 Description

• Compile and submit payer initial enrollment and revalidation applications in various formats • Monitor, compile, and maintain accurate enrollment records for all providers • Communicate enrollment updates to internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner • Create accurate reports for managed care payers • Perform routine audits of payer records for compliance and accuracy • Coordinate with providers to verify credentials, services, and practice locations • Act as a liaison for external privileging with other organizations • Meet contractual obligations and support seamless collaboration • Maintain department standards and adhere to required regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Experience in healthcare administration utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Excel preferred • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred • Excellent oral and written customer service and communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Analytical skills and ability to research industry topics and policies and translate information into actionable items • Ability to multitask on various projects while meeting different deadlines • Remote work environment with minimal physical demands
