📋 Description

• Lead multi-phase and multi-disciplinary client engagements • Manage dependencies and coordination across multiple workstreams • Own project financial performance, including forecasting, margin protection, revenue recognition, and proactive recovery planning • Partner with Practice Leadership to optimize delivery and profitability while maintaining client satisfaction • Drive disciplined scope management and profitability alignment • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and DACS Leadership • Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client executive audiences • Present portfolio and project status, risks, and recommendations to internal executive audiences • Contribute to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization • Use delivery health indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions before client outcomes are impacted • Mentor others and elevate team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience • Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements • Strong leadership skills for driving complex engagements from initiation through completion • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in fast-paced environments • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability • Strong financial governance and executive communication skills • Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream projects • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through clear communications, data-driven recommendations, and trusted partnerships • PMP certification or equivalent credential strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cloud deployments, specifically utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies strongly preferred • Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, training coordination, and user adoption strategies is a plus • Familiarity with Organizational Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies is a plus • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent experience is a plus • Experience partnering with business and technical teams to drive successful adoption during enterprise technology and cloud transformation initiatives
