📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to identify, define and prioritize AI, data science and advanced analytics opportunities • Develop, validate and maintain predictive models, including propensity, segmentation, lead-scoring and next-best-action solutions • Build AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows to reduce manual effort and support knowledge-intensive business processes • Create lead-generation and customer analytics solutions using transaction, behavioral, demographic and other relevant data • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches, requirements, success measures and implementation plans • Lead discovery sessions, communicate findings and present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI, machine learning and analytics tools, platforms and vendor capabilities • Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance and other stakeholders on secure, responsible and compliant deployment • Establish repeatable practices for documentation, testing, performance monitoring and ongoing model or solution improvement • Mentor analysts and data scientists and strengthen AI and analytics capabilities across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field required • Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics or applied AI • Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, segmentation and model evaluation techniques • Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents and workflow automation concepts • Python and SQL; experience with R or comparable analytical languages is beneficial • Knowledge of model development, deployment, monitoring, documentation and MLOps practices • Knowledge of data governance, model risk management, responsible AI and information security principles • Knowledge of customer analytics, lead generation, campaign measurement and test-and-learn methodologies • Ability to connect business strategy and operational challenges to practical AI and analytics solutions • Ability to work independently across the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through implementation and monitoring • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business leaders and translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements • Ability to influence priorities and build trusted partnerships across business, technology, risk and control functions • Ability to balance innovation, speed, feasibility, explainability and risk in a regulated environment • Ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage ambiguity and focus work on measurable business value • Ability to coach others and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing predictive models and data-driven business solutions
