📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports providing visibility into go-to-market performance • Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing engagement, and sales productivity trends • Compile and validate data from Salesforce, BI tools, financial systems, and other business platforms • Deliver insights on performance drivers and business opportunities • Support measurement and reporting for Account-Based Marketing initiatives • Analyze account engagement, buying-group activity, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness • Assist with ROI analysis for marketing programs and strategic account investments • Monitor GTM and ABM metrics and identify areas for improvement • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams on reporting and analytical needs • Support business reviews, planning cycles, and performance discussions through data-driven analysis • Translate findings into presentations and business recommendations • Promote consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across teams • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning for GTM investments • Perform ad hoc analysis of business initiatives, growth opportunities, and performance trends • Develop financial models connecting commercial activities to business outcomes • Identify process improvements and help automate manual reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role • Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Naturally curious and analytical • Strong problem-solving mindset • Effective communicator who can translate data into business insights • Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and business concepts • Preferred: Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with marketing, sales, pipeline, or revenue performance metrics • Preferred: Exposure to Account-Based Marketing concepts and measurement approaches • Preferred: Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or other analytical tools • Preferred: Experience creating executive-ready reporting and presentations
