• Promote BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products • Train and educate physician support staff • Ensure realistic expectations for healthcare professionals • Maintain communication with Market Access and Customer Enterprise teams • Identify customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics • Complete clinical training, sales training, and compliance assignments • Perform administrative functions in a timely manner • Be compliant with BeOne policies and procedures • Assist in identifying and resolving opportunities
• B.A. / B.S. preferred • 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management • Significant oncology experience • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style • Customer service oriented • Results oriented with strategic focus on sales • Specialty sales experience • Familiarity with reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes • Understanding of national/corporate accounts, managed markets • Proven track record of resilience in challenges • Highly skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
