📋 Description

• Support BeOne Medicines’ pre-clinical and clinical pipeline development • Coordinate external collaborations and research with healthcare providers and academicians • Ensure internal partnership across the organization • Develop regional strategies for compliant relationships with opinion leaders, research collaborators, and key organizations • Provide pre-launch and post-launch Medical Affairs support for solid tumor pipeline assets, focusing on breast and lung cancers • Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical development, program leadership, clinical operations, legal, compliance, new product planning, safety/pharmacovigilance, molecular diagnostics, marketing, sales, and translational research • Develop territory plans with cross-functional teams to inform healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes • Establish and maintain scientifically credible peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare providers • Facilitate and monitor strategic partnerships with scientific and clinical experts and organizations • Support major and regional congresses by engaging thought leaders • Provide balanced, accurate information to formulary decision makers and P&T committee members • Identify and vet investigators and nominate sites for company-sponsored clinical trials • Liaise on investigator-sponsored research proposal submission and review • Assist with regional medical meetings, advisory boards, consultant meetings, and investigator meetings • Serve as an internal resource for clinical and scientific information • Provide feedback on emerging clinical and scientific trends • Conduct therapeutic-area research and competitor analysis • Build relationships with internal experts • Identify process improvement opportunities • Develop, track, execute, and report goals and objectives • Support Medical Affairs budget planning and management • Ensure compliant business practices

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical oncology experience in solid tumors; exceptional, transferrable experience in other therapeutic areas may be considered • Relationships with relevant HCPs in the region • High level of written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Flexibility to work with colleagues in a global setting • Ability to travel for work approximately 60–70% • MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO within a clinical and/or scientific profession, with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience and/or success within other biotech/pharmaceutical companies; OR NP, PA, or Master’s Degree within a clinical and/or scientific profession, with a minimum of 6 years’ clinical experience and/or success within other biotech/pharmaceutical companies • Strong disease-state comprehension, differential algorithm knowledge for treatment decisions, and experience in relevant disease states • Expert understanding of the healthcare delivery system, managed care, regional medical care, and the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to identify unmet medical, educational, and research needs • Ability to interpret scientific data and translate findings into educational and research needs • Understanding of research study design, execution, and strategic implications • Ability to design and/or lead training initiatives and best practices • Effective project management and leadership skills • Strong time management and organizational skills
