📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients • Deliver private 1:1 lessons combining language teaching and personalised coaching • Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels • Create bespoke learning paths • Check student progress during lesson time • Set clear goals • Complete a three-step hiring process: CV application review, interview with the teacher operations manager, and short onboarding course

🎯 Requirements

• C2 Level of Japanese • Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees • Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support • B2 or above in English • Comfortable teaching presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication • Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students • High-Speed Internet • Modern Laptop / PC with a microphone and camera • Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
