📋 Description

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process • Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service • Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems • Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed • Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
