📋 Description

• Actively lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems • Cultivate and sustain client relationships, support organizational growth, and oversee teams • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams • Manage project risks, financial budgets, performance, and resource needs • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations • Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development • Analyze complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary for timely, cost-effective completion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree • Minimum of 10 years professional work experience • Experience leading programs including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills • MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role • Resume must be submitted in word document format and must include dates in each section (experience, education, certifications...) • Candidates must fill out the below form to the best of their knowledge
