📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creative concepts, run-of-show logistics, slide deck formatting, speaker preparation, and live technical execution for company-wide meetings • Conceptualize and produce interactive cultural moments, employee appreciation weeks, and ERG milestones • Own the layout, visual design, and distribution of the recurring company-wide newsletter • Source updates from department leads and project owners, refine raw content, and package it into engaging digests • Design presentation decks, digital signage, Slack banners, visual toolkits, infographics, GIFs, and short video recaps • Refine, edit, and optimize announcements and talking points with cross-functional stakeholders • Translate internal wins, culture spotlights, and employee milestones into LinkedIn posts and employer profile updates • Govern Slack channels and internal hubs to reduce information noise across corporate and frontline teams • Track readership and event engagement metrics • Bridge corporate, retail, and operational teams to foster an informed, connected, and inspired workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, corporate events, or employer branding • Proven track record creating compelling programming and tailored content for diverse, multi-segmented workforces, including hourly, corporate, remote, retail, and field/operational populations • Proven track record managing end-to-end corporate events with senior executives • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Ability to distill complex initiatives into concise, relatable copy • Hands-on proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Google Slides • Ability to use metrics such as NPS, turnover, and engagement scores to tell a story and drive change • Experience with engagement tools such as CultureAmp, Lattice, or Glint • Strong project management skills • Strong emotional intelligence and confidence working directly with executive leaders and cross-functional teams • Experience supporting diverse workforces is preferred • Familiarity with Slack is preferred • Basic video editing capabilities using tools such as Canva or CapCut are preferred
