📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of program managers and project managers • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goals • Develop and implement program management strategies and methodologies • Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards • Engage cross-functional teams locally and globally to optimize project outcomes • Foster inclusivity, belonging, wellbeing, and a diverse workforce • Manage and build the relationship with the Client programs lead • Drive clear, consistent communications and reporting to monitor and support program health

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture) • 10+ years of experience in project management • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial reporting • Excellent client management skills • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to travel as needed • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
