📋 Description

• Execute and coordinate oncology care pathway delivery from contract execution through technical go-live, clinical activation, and sustained use • Improve processes for site-side IT and EHR dependencies, IRB and research contracting, configuration, data validation, and clinical champion sign-off • Build per-site activation plans and supporting pipeline with clinical sales, demand generation, and marketing • Partner with Finance and life sciences teams on go-live milestone implications • Design and deliver onboarding and training for oncologists, urologists, APPs, navigators, and pharmacists • Build reusable training assets including quick-start guides, role-based walkthroughs, and refresher sessions • Monitor early post-go-live usage and address issues with Product and Clinical AI • Build relationships with clinical champions, service line leaders, and administrators • Serve as the site point of contact through activation and early adoption • Represent Viz at oncology and urology society meetings • Support Sales and Customer Success in customer conversations, demos, and objection handling • Provide clinical input into product direction in partnership with Product • Maintain a source of truth for oncology site status, milestones, owners, blockers, and dates • Establish cross-functional interfaces, handoffs, and escalation paths • Organize oncology communications across technical, product, site engagement, and training work • Build reporting for leadership and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in oncology or urology in clinical operations, care pathways, clinical program management, field medical, implementation, or customer-facing clinical roles • Direct experience in community urology or community oncology settings • Demonstrated multi-site, multi-stakeholder program or project management with hard deadlines • Experience at an AI-native or high-growth health technology company • Track record of getting clinical sites live and driving clinician adoption • Strong clinical fluency and credibility with oncologists and urologists • Excellent written communication • Ability to surface risks early with an attached plan • Comfortable operating with limited established process and frequent replanning • Experience supporting life sciences-sponsored clinical programs, including IRB, research contracting, and sponsor milestone reporting • Familiarity with oncology and urology EHR and workflow systems such as Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, OncoEMR, and Athena • Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines and guideline updates in clinical decision support • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or comparable program and pipeline tracking tools • U.S. work authorization without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future
