Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Support and strengthen Rula's Compliance program • Report to the Director of Compliance • Support the company's day-to-day compliance needs • Provide compliance advisory support to business stakeholders • Independently perform compliance investigations • Assist with auditing and monitoring activities • Advance policy governance and development • Translate regulations into practical guidance balancing risk and business needs • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Legal on compliance concerns and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy development, regulatory interpretation, and program implementation • 3+ years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations • Experience collaborating with business and key stakeholders, including Legal, on compliance concerns and risks • Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills • Experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidance, OIG compliance program guidance, and applicable federal and state healthcare laws • Master's Degree and/or Juris Doctor or equivalent advanced training in healthcare law, compliance, or public health preferred • 2+ years of experience in telehealth, privacy, and/or behavioral health compliance preferred • 2+ years of experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments preferred • Certification in general healthcare compliance preferred • Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, EHR platforms, AI tools, and reporting/data platforms preferred • Must be based in the United States; Rula currently does not hire in Hawaii • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
