📋 Description

• Serve as the primary agile methodology expert and coach across all project teams • Ensure consistent implementation of Scrum practices • Drive continuous improvement in agile delivery • Establish and maintain the program's agile framework • Mentor team-level scrum masters • Facilitate program-level ceremonies • Work closely with government stakeholders to ensure agile practices support mission objectives and deliver measurable value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or equivalent • Minimum 8 years of experience leading agile teams in federal or commercial environments, with at least 3 years specifically in multi-team program settings
