📋 Description

• Serve as the primary financial business partner for business units totaling more than $500M in revenue • Lead FP&A activities, including monthly forecasting, monthly closing processes, and annual budgeting • Prepare monthly financial results and operations review packages for senior management • Facilitate financial reviews and translate complex data into actionable insights • Monitor performance and provide variance analysis and decision support across product and segment profitability • Perform monthly margin trend and variance analysis against booked margin assumptions • Partner with Accounting on revenue recognition, vendor rebates, and gross margin forecasting assumptions • Coordinate monthly lender reporting packages in compliance with credit agreement requirements • Support quarterly Board and executive presentation materials, including financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business commentary • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis while coordinating with Accounting, Sales, Operations, business-unit leads, and senior management

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 4–6 years of finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Superb Microsoft Excel skills, including developing forecast models • Strong understanding of GAAP • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP • Experience with Power BI • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment • Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
