📋 Description

• Perform as an Oracle EBS UMX Functional Analyst responsible for functional analysis, solutioning, implementation, and support • Play a senior role in analysis and design and assist development efforts for Oracle EBS solutions, primarily Oracle User Management (UMX) and access management • Support analysis, design, and development efforts for B2R, P2P, CLM, A2R, and O2C business process areas • Lead discussions applying Oracle EBS technology to complex implementation issues and RICEFW development challenges • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional team members to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable Oracle solutions • Work in Business Intelligence, data management, and reporting solutions • Support DFAS/DoD enterprise system interfaces including SPS, MOCAS/ONE PAY, WAWF/iRAPT, and DCAS • Support analysis, development, and architecture standard improvements according to industry best practices • Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts • Analyze business-reported functional issues, support defect recording, implement solutions, and test fixes • Support system and user acceptance testing activities • Provide end-user support for system extensions and customizations • Mentor and train other developers on processes and tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience • Experience with Oracle Federal Financials EBS R12.2.6 or above • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite Technology • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle User Management (UMX) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) • Demonstrated functional knowledge in System Administration • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Security • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and personalization framework • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle Workflow (WF) • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle Enterprise Command Centers (ECC) • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle Licensing • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle Patching • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite Architecture and Common Applications • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Multiple Organization Access Control (MOAC) • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Procure to Pay (P2P) / Contract Lifecycle Management: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Contract • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable • Demonstrated functional knowledge in Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger • Experience creating functional design, configuration, test plan, and test script documentation • Experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite and/or legacy systems • Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
