📋 Description

• Support the Marine Corps Oracle EBS R12 system covering asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information • Work on an Agile development team supporting cyber compliance for Oracle products, software, and tools • Design, develop, and implement Technical Cyber controls • Support technical activities, research, and configure cyber controls according to approved Agile processes • Review technical design and vendor documentation to understand cyber functions • Interact with government product owners and SMEs to analyze requirements and provide solutions • Review Change Requests and help gather requirements and identify solutions • Tune and optimize related code and system-level configurations • Provide technical support during release testing • Prepare deployment instructions for code migration and backout • Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents • Drive meetings with product owners and manage analysis through design and development • Provide updates to related deliverables as required • Produce quality work products and deliverables on schedule, including testing plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Cyber Security controls and remediation • Experience working in Oracle Linux environment and shell scripting • Ability to harden Oracle products including applications, technology stack, database, OS, and tools per DoD requirements • Proficiency in secure coding practices and code review methodologies • Experience working with vendors, specifically Oracle, on service requests • Ability to develop professional documentation and other written materials • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security for Oracle platforms • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIG, FIPS 140-2 and related guidelines • CompTIA Security+ certification • U.S. Citizenship • Eligible to pass a T3 Background Investigation • Up to 10% travel required • Desired: Experience in Marine Corps/DoD Cybersecurity processes • Desired: Experience in Agile methodology • Desired: Experience applying STIGs and cyber controls to Oracle applications, including Oracle EBS R12.2.x and Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c or higher
